Comfort and Coping in Labor

If you have already given birth, but this will be your first unmedicated birth, this class is ideal for you. We will briefly brush up on what happens during labor and focus our attention on techniques that will bring you comfort while you are in labor and giving birth.

Plan to include one support person. Class size is limited.

Blossoming Babies

Have you spent little time around newborn babies? Has it been a long time since you've handled a newborn baby? Come learn how they look, how they act, and what to do with them.

This class is ideal for prospective adoptive parents or new grandparents (many things have changed since our babies were born, so make sure you are up-to-date on infant care recommendations!)

Plan to include one support person. Class size is limited.

Planting the Seeds for Confident Breastfeeding

Whether you are breastfeeding for the first time, are supporting a breastfeeding mom, or just want to know more about breastfeeding, this one-hour class will help get you off to a great start and show you some helpful resources.

Plan to include your partner or another support person/caregiver. Class size is limited.
